Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The St. Regis Shenzhen of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CNY 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all staying guests need to provide ID cards with the same name stated during the booking. If guests book more than 1 room, all guests' names need to be put correctly as well.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Notice on the Accommodation Industry Not Providing Disposable Daily Necessities" and "Notice on Star-Rated Hotels Not Providing Disposable Daily Necessities in Guest Rooms", starting from May 28, 2020, the Shenzhen accommodation industry will no longer proactively provide disposable daily necessities. Disposable items, including: toothbrushes, combs, bath brushes, razors, nail files, and shoe polishes. If you need it, please contact the hotel to obtain it. During the period from May 1st to October 1st, temporary traffic control and reservation measures will be implemented in Dapeng Peninsula and Meisha District on all weekends and statutory holidays. Reservations are required if you drive there!
