Please note the hotel's entrance is located at the intersection of Lakeshore Blvd and Newdfoundland road. The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card. Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.
