very dissatisfied
this hotel felt abandoned, nothing looked cleaned or was clean. Our hotel room window had written on it “free s*x, room 241” which was our room number. Everything was very outdated and run down. We then went to check out the pool and hot tub because we were excited to go relax. The pool and hot tub were cloudy and looked dirty, i didn't end up going in because it grossed me out too much. The shower wasn't great, the water pressure was too hard on the skin. even if i tried different settings. The tub also had a huge dent in the middle of it that made me feel like i was going to fall through it. I would not recommend this hotel and i will not be revisiting.

Nasty hotel
I hope you're ready for some real talk about the Ramada Fredericton. My family and I just had the most disappointing experience imaginable during our stay from March 07 to March 09, 2025. Honestly, I can't even begin to express how unacceptable everything was.
First off, finding a pair of filthy underwear under our bed? That's beyond disgusting. How does that even happen in a hotel that claims to provide a clean environment? And then, switching my grandparents rooms not once, but twice, only to discover even more trash left behind? It's like nobody in housekeeping bothered to do their job. We expect a certain standard when we pay good money for a stay, and this was just appalling. To make matters worse, there was a situation where a stranger was live-streaming children in the pool area, and when we mentioned it to the front desk, nothing was done.
To top it all off, after housekeeping cleaned our room, my dog's only toy went missing. The management's response was infuriating. A $30 discount for such a nightmare? That's an insult. They claim the rooms were checked twice, yet clearly, that wasn't the case. And blaming the hot tub's disgusting condition on guests wearing clothes? Seriously? That's not an excuse for poor maintenance. We will never return, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Disappointing
We stayed here in 2023 and the memory has stayed with us. We always regarded the Remada group as quite exclusive. How wrong we were. The cleaning was dreadful, with soup spillages left in the microwave. The sealant or grout around the bath needed re-doing. The tiles, that clearly had be re-done, were done badly and . unevenly. The toilet could have done with a proper clean, too. Add to all of that, there were stains on the carpet. In the public area, the water in the pool looked grubby and unclean, to the point that we had no inclination to get in it.

Terrible experience
I recently stayed at the Ramada Inn with my three children (ages 8, 9, and 14), and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As a family, we only have the opportunity to stay in a hotel once or twice a year, and my children always look forward to visiting because they love the atmosphere. However, this visit did not meet our expectations.
While check-in on Friday afternoon went smoothly, the issues began later that evening. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel, and despite multiple guests voicing concerns, the front desk did not take any action to address it. Additionally, at 11 PM, my children were woken up by a loud and unprofessional altercation between the night manager and a guest. This disturbance happened multiple times and eventually led to the police being called. As a result, my children couldn’t get back to sleep until after midnight, which was incredibly frustrating.
This experience was unacceptable, and it was especially disappointing given how much my children had been looking forward to our stay. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the management of such situations in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

In the end the checked me in under someone else was confused they packed up my personal stuff and brought it to front
Checked in and heater didn’t work had to switch rooms, called front desk in the morning to extend my stay 1 extra night front desk lady said i might have to move would call me back expedia said 6 of my room types avail. Went to front desk, took30min
