Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that each room can accommodate just one middle-sized pet with maximum weight of 25 kg (or 3 small-sized pets, as long as the total weight is 25 kg) at a daily surcharge of 70 BRL, which must be paid upon arrival. The permanence of the pets is restricted to the apartments. In case you need to move with your pet through the elevators and social areas of the hotel, please use boxes or bags suitable for transportation. Please note that waste cleaning is the responsibility of the owner. In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a maintenance fee will be charged in accordance to the extent of the damage. Guests traveling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal. The pet owner is required to sign an agreement term at the check in. Please contact the hotel for further details. Please note that the property offers an express check-out service. The total amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in, while the extra costs will be subsequently charged to the credit card. Please note that this is property has a strict no-smoking policy. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Please note that from 21/11/2023 until 31/03/2024 we will be under renovations of improvements in our hotel, starting by the restaurant and following by hall, lobby, gym, mezzanine (events) and the outside area with the pool.
