Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of BRL 190 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only small size dogs with maximum weight of 10 kg can be accommodate in each room at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present valid vaccination documents of the animal upon check in. Pets are not allowed to be unaccompanied in the public areas or in the rooms. Please contact the property for further details. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. This Hotel accepts small and large pets with additional costs. The hot tubs have an additional cost to use.
