Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be informed that guests staying for 3 nights or more will receive a complimentary cleaning service. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with a surcharge, and reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Kindly note that housekeeping services are not provided on Sundays. The swimming-pool is open for children between 07:00-18:00 and exclusively for adults from 18:00-22:00 on weekdays and from 07:00-18:00 for children and exclusively for adults from 18:00-20:00 on weekends (please note that entry is not permitted 15 minutes before closing time.). The swimming-pool operating hours may change without prior notice during the festive season and public holidays. Please contact the hotel after booking for more information. Please note that check-in, check-out and breakfast takes place at the neighboring Renaissance Hotel. Breakfast is free for children under 6 and there is a 50% discount for children between 6 and 12 years old. Please note that when traveling with pets, pet fees apply: cleaning fee of EUR 50 per stay and an additional daily pet fee of EUR 15 per night. Maximum weight of 25KG.
