Late arrival arrangement are made if you are arriving after 17:00 (or 15:00 on Saturday and 13:00 on Sunday & Public Holidays): 1. Late arrivals proceed to hotel's main entrance doors in Landsborough Avenue. On the right hand side press the button on the silver intercom marked “Late Arrivals Intercom”.2. Hotel's Night Service will give you access to obtain your key from a Reception key safe with all instructions to your room & car park location. Please close the safe after taking out the key and instructions.3. Please ensure you contact Reception the following morning to complete check-in registration and balance of payment.Code to the key safe with your Welcome Letter & Room Keys is found near our reception, when you are speaking to hotel's after-hours Night Service you will be told our safe access code. Please do not forget to come to reception the morning after your arrival to complete check in.
