A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All check ins are required to provide a $200.00 imprint of a physical credit card as a security bond, no cash bonds or 'Smart Pay' via a mobile phone is accepted for the security bond.
