Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Treasury on Collins of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.75% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard and a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note early check-in is based on availability and not guaranteed. When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that any group booking 2 or more will be non- refundable
