This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Birch Apartments is a collection of individual apartments located within the Manhattan on the Park complex. Though there is no reception desk on the premises, Birch Apartments staff are available at all times to assist. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. One complimentary secure parking space is included per reservation. Additional spaces are subject to availability and a fee of $20 per space per day. Please note that for extended stays a complimentary weekly cleaning service is included.
