This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in (drivers license, passport, proof of age card). This ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, all apartments are serviced weekly. Extra services, towels or linen changes are available for an additional charge. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with parent or an official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted. All motel rooms and apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that the swimming pool is under maintenance from 1st July to 19th August.
