Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Airport Clayfield Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. For guests arriving late at night, a code will be provided to retrieve the room key from the wall mounted key safe outside our ground floor reception office. 24-hour assistance is available to guests by calling the afterhours operator on the wall phone outside the office. The Motel offers a free of charge shuttle service Monday to Friday from 6:15am to 8:45am (excluding public holidays). From March 2025, the shuttle service will not operate on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Please note that our airport shuttle holds a maximum of 9 passengers plus the driver and due to safety concerns, we cannot take surf boards and ski bags on the shuttle. Please contact the property in advance if traveling with more than 3-4 large suitcases and hand luggage.
