Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card. Starting 1 November 2021, additional 1% surcharge applied when you pay with Visa and Master Card and 2% surcharge applied for American Express and other cards. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability Local Guest Policy No Local Guests: We regret to inform that residents of the Ballarat area (defined as those with a home address within a 16 mi radius of Ballarat) are not permitted to book or stay overnight at this hotel. Proof of Residence: Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid photo ID that includes a current residential address. This is to confirm the guest’s eligibility to stay under this policy. Enforcement: In cases where a guest is found to have misrepresented their address or eligibility, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund and ask the guest to vacate the premises.
