You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. A hotel representative will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions, and check-in information. Please note that guests can check in from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm, and on weekends and holidays from 9.30 am to 1 pm. Guests checking in outside front desk hours should inform the property in advance and will be charged an extra fee. Guests can contact the property by phone from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30 am to 6 pm. The administration is open from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30 am to 2 pm. Please note that housekeeping services are not included and may be requested for an extra fee. This includes an extra change of bed linens and towels.

Argentinean citizens and residents will be charged an additional 21% value added tax. Only foreign guests who pay with a foreign credit card or debit card are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
