Exceptional stay

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was delicious. I was amazed at how happy all the staff was that we encountered. The Mexican restaurant they recommended was the best!!!

Hotel is attractive with modern furnishings and amenities. Room was very comfortable and well-appointed. At check-in, the Front Desk charged $20 to my credit card, which she said was a "resort fee." Later, I checked my Hotels.com receipt and saw that the resort fee was only supposed to be $2.22.
One of the two keycards we initially were given did not work, so we returned to Front Desk for a replacement, which was successful.
When we moved a wastebasket in the bathroom, there was dirt and a used cotton pad underneath; that was a bit disgusting and made me question how well the entire room had been cleaned. (I did tell the Front Desk about this when we checked out.)
Breakfast seating area seemed too small for size of hotel; very busy and all seats taken. Breakfast was very good, but attendant had a hard time keeping up with demand. Serving area is not well-designed; hard to balance plate while dishing out food.
I asked for receipt at check-out. The Front Desk took a long time/had difficulty printing it out. The $20 charge from check-in was not on there, and the credit card was shown as MasterCard, not Visa. Later I saw that the charge shown was $120.93! I will check my Visa statement and straighten things out as needed at that time.
The hotel seems very new, so perhaps these things are a reflection of employees trying to get the hang of things.

We just did a quick overnight stay. The check in took a while even though we checked in and paid online prior to arrival. The woman checking us in said the computer was being slow and help angrily banging the mouse on the desk. She was friendly besides that. It was a strange interaction.
The room was fine but not great. Carpet stained and the white bed sheets had lots of tiny black stains on them. Bathroom was clean but outdated.
Breakfast was great though. Lots of options and everything was hot and fresh.

Excellent night’s stay. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Room was well furnished and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Breakfast offered nice variety and was well done, Service was good. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The whole hotel was almost immaculately clean except for a few stray french fries I found in our room when I had to move one of our beds to get my kitten out from inside the frame. They are pet friendly as of recently because they haven't updated yet but you can't really tell they haven't updated yet as the hotel is so well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Our bathroom door got stuck on the floor when opening and closing it but the shower water pressure and shower head were top teir. The water got surprisingly hot too. 9.5 out of 10, would stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.
