Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean overall, but it appeared the floor by the bed had not been vacuumed nor the side table wiped clean as there was still a wet ring from the bottom of a cup.

It was very clean and modern. The staff was helpful, professional and polite. You had to drive a very short distance to places to eat.

My day was very good. I went to the pool, I relaxed, I had breakfast everyday I was there. Loved the bathroom.,

We stayed for three nights. Our room was never cleaned. Trash didn’t get emptied. We had to refill our own tissues, get our own towels, etc..
The staff was very friendly and kind!
The hotel in itself was very clean.
Have definitely slept on better mattresses!

This was an extremely clean hotel. Understand that it was fairly new but care was taken to ensure the room was spotless. Really liked being able to park in a covered structure. Breakfast was OK; not real scrambled eggs but sufficient. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if/when traveling to VA Beach.
