Expedia gave no forewarning that the original hotel we'd booked had split into 2. Nor did Expedia give any forewarning that we were being moved into the under construction hotel rather than what we had originally booked.

'Ocean View' was of the construction material and discarded appliances outside. Inoperable sliding screen porch door with scotch taped screen, and gaps that bugs 'enjoyed'. Porch light shining in through the window all night with no blackout shades. Room 'surface clean' but floor was filthy. No closet or anything to hang clothes on. No place to put suitcases. Dirty hallways. Unwelcoming 'lobby'. Pluses: Remodeled bathroom, okay bed, room seemed to be newly painted, price....harbor park across from the parking lot, and Main Street around the corner. Not worth saving money and not a pleasant stay.
