This hotel location and amenities were great. It was close to everything. The staff were very friendly. And the rooms where clean and spacious.

The hotel desk staff was nice and accommodating with requests. Our issue was housekeeping. We stayed for seven nights and never once had a housekeeper come to clean our room. We had to call the front desk for clean towels, etc. We did go to the front desk on one occasion to ask them to have someone come clean our room, and someone did come and changed the sheets and removed the dirty towels, but didn’t leave any clean towels, or do anything else. Very Disappointed!!

My daughter fell down stairs (not at the hotel) and she needed ice for her ankle. All ice machines were broken and a bag of ice at the hotel was $6 plus tax. That was disappointing. We also had to call the FD 2-3 times to have more towels brought to our room. Housekeeping never came like they said they would. Beds are very hard. Pull out sofa mattress was gross. The view is amazing, the staff was wonderful! I think they’re under staffed which is why we had to call so many times for towels. Location is perfect!

The pictures online made it look a lot nicer than it was. The internet didn’t work and there wasn’t a smart tv so we were stuck with the channels they provided.

Was amazing the penthouse was amazing. The view was amazing. The customer service was amazing. The hotel was sweet. Everything was clean.
