Thank you very much for the review and recognizing the efforts of our team. High praise that I cannot wait to share with them.
I think two people would be comfortable in our standard rooms and certainly more than comfortable in our deluxe ones. Maybe not my parents though....

بعضها جيد وبعضها سيئ متوسط فى المجمل.
الموظف الذي سجل لي في ملطخ جدا.
عند تسجيل الخروج إلى مرافق غسيل الملابس الرسوم التي لم تكن إزالة الألغام من الفاتورة.
على الجانب الآخر كل شئ جديد, مرتبة/مرتبة ونظيفة. لقد شعرت مثل كان أول من نزلت فيه على الإطلاق في غرفتي.

We are sorry about the laundry charge. We have a group in house that have been here since the 23rd and are not leaving until the 5th. A few of them decided on a change of scenery and went up to SF for the day. The guest who checked out of that room ended up in a room down the hall when he returned on Sunday. Our clerk should have verified the name before posting it to the room on the ticket.
Thank you for bringing our overnight clerk's appearance to my attention. I will address this with them directly. I can see them being disheveled at shift end, especially with the breakfast preparation and the laundry delivery, but 15 minutes into your shift?
I will pass the kind remarks regarding the room cleanliness onto the housekeeping staff as they do take pride in their work.

Thank you for staying with us. I appreciate the nod to the staff and the room cleanliness. For longer stays I recommend our deluxe rooms which are almost twice the size.

I apologize again for the issues that were brought to our attention in your comment card. As I explained, the water is not replenished daily but placed for arriving guests as a welcome amenity. Requests for additional water are granted immediately. Housekeepers would not discard used water bottles unless they were completely empty.
I did mention that our hotel has been utilizing contract labor which has impacted our quality of work as we tend to get new people every few days. We will focus on bed making and the importance of a tight crisp look.
I am sorry to hear that you were unable to work the air conditioning unit and wish you had reached out to the staff for assistance while you were here.
Our continental breakfast offers fresh pastries, cold cuts and cheese, hard boiled eggs, rolls and bread, oatmeal, energy bars, yogurts and fresh fruit, juices and coffee, tea and espresso. I would love to be able to offer more variety but the space is very limited.
