Failure to remit timely payment will result in eviction. Any waiver of terms must be approved in writing by both parties. The failure to enforce or require performance of any provision will not operate as a waiver to enforce or exercise the same or other provision at any later date. In the event any action or proceeding is brought by any party to enforce the terms of the resort stay, or to recover possession of the unit or to enforce any rights, the prevailing party shall recover from the other party their reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
