I booked two rooms through Expedia. One King, and one with 2 Queen beds.
When I arrived, I was unable to get the queen beds. I was told that "sometimes that happens with 3rd party bookings." I was offered a free breakfast for my inconvenience. No thanks.
I needed 2 queens, and I couldn't make a change upon arrival to another hotel, so we were stuck. The people in that room were not pleased, understandably.

Would love for hotels to have dedicated recycling receptacles. Be careful when you book to see if breakfast is included in your rate or not.

The room could have more/brighter lights, not enough of an issue to rate lower overall

I checked in with my colleague and they put me in the room beside them. Honestly? Also the walls were very thin I could hear them cough and other rooms turn their TV on. Otherwise fine but will not be returning with such lack of common sense.
