Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 75 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. Adults Only Visitors are not allowed unless they are registered on the reservation. Smoking Policy Agreement Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. The credit card used to make the reservation must be present at check-in and must be in the name of the lead guest. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
