We were so pleasantly surprised by this small hotel. Our room and bathroom were larger than we expected, and the place was immaculate. Ignore the road construction in front - caused no problems for us. The hotel was perfectly located. The extra bonus is the restaurant downstairs. Joe G is one of the best Italian restaurants we have been to in New York, and the prices were totally reasonable, especially for the city.

Cons: We had double beds, one bed was so soft you could fall off if sitting on the edge, the other was very hard and not comfortable. We had to have the front desk come to our room to “try” to figure out why the WiFi tv wouldn’t stop searching for a signal.
Pros: Nice shower with great water pressure.

We made a quick trip to NYC and found this awesome little place to stay. We don't spend much time in our room so this was a perfect fit for us. Easy check in, easy access to our room, secure and great location with Lincoln Center within a quick walk. Will definitely be staying here again!

We liked it here....it was within walking distance for all we did for three days......I liked the ability to control the heating system perfectly for comfort all night.....the hot running water did leave something to be desired, but a cool shower is good sometimes.
