I stayed to celebrate birthdays within my family. The location was close to restaurants and attractions. We were 2 blocksaway from Bourbon Street. The living space was clean and spacious.

Unfortunately we were extremely price gauged due to the Superbowl. The pictures listed online were so far from what the property actually looks like in person. There was vomit on the elevator rug when we arrived and the hallway is overpowered with the smell of pinesol… we feel absolutely taken advantage of for the price we paid for the weekend. We assumed this would be a fun vintage/modern suite and in actuality, was an old building cheaply converted into used and abused motel quality rooms at best. I never complain, much less leave bad reviews, but this was such a scam and absolutely disappointing experience I felt compelled to speak up so others don’t get swindled to stay here!!

Overall experience and location were wonderful. However, needed dressers and/or storage, couch super uncomfortable (needed pillows), need to be aboe to wat h local programming- streaming doesn’t cut it! On a positive note, loved the access to extra accoutrements like TP, etc. right out in the hallway.

It was an okay stay. 1. There was a huge construction in front. It wasn’t noisy but it was inconvenient as you have to walk around the construction. 2. The locks don’t work 100%, it finicky. 3. One of The rooms was not cleaned. They refunded the early checking hut it was such a hassle.
4. Pillow was too thigh. I had a neck and shoulder pain and the pillow wasn’t restful.
5. Chairs and tables were not stable.
6. Sofa was not too stable. It kept moving on uneven surface of the floor.
Suggestions: consider adding a full sized mirror in the bathroom or any area.

This was a perfect place to stay since we always seemed to have left overs the fridge and oven came in handy. Bed was super comfortable and a fantastic location.

There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This is a lively neighborhood and is prone to noise. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.
