The hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The eatery is nice. Its nice to have a few choices of food to eat. I would stay there again.

Worst hotel stay EVER! Out of our stay of Saturday thru Friday .., our room was only cleaned ONCE!! And this was only after going down to the front desk to request the room to be cleaned. 2 times we had to have replacement towels brought to our room and of course had to pay a tip! Great paying for service never received! This hotel is going downhill fast … Bathrooms look terrible … everything needs to be updated … way past time for the need to redecorate! It will be interesting to see how long they keep this review up. After many complaints … nothing has happened! I will say one thing positive… the Valet service is great! They protect your car!

This was the worst experience of my life. My house burned 6286 East Lake Mead Blvd, LV, NV. 89156
It was a complete loss with one dead animal. I went there for some peace and was kicked out for smelling like smoke and was accused of smoking. I have never been more disappointed and I had to pay a extra $109 because they say check in was 3pm although Hotel

Like anyone I was excited to be going to Las Vegas. Between Boulder Station and hotels.com it ended up costing me about 100 more than I thought I was going to have to pay simply because I used the third party. I paid up front because I paid a little bit of money to get insurance. I misunderstood what it meant by free cancellation. I made reservations and forgot to make sure it was pet friendly. I immediately realize my mistake and called the hotel to cancel and they could not help me because I used the third party. I called hotels.com and they told me they couldn't cancel it because of the hotel. Classic Catch 22. Using the insurance was like preparing a lawyer to take them to court. The room was disgusting and the air conditioning didn't work. Even after they sent up crew it didn't work. Exemplified everything that is went wrong with Vegas over the years. It used to be about making sure the customer had a good time while you took all its money. Nowadays it's not so much about the good times. Hotels.com and their Cavalier attitude about extra cost, first of all unfair to those competing against them. The difference between a $20 pet fee and a $50 is a big difference. Ultimately using any of these third parties it's not an accurate assessment of what you're paying for. It only makes sense to use the app to get a general idea and then call them directly. At least you have an accurate price.
