Quick but comfortable stay

We traveled all day and took the shuttle from the airport to this hotel. Nicole at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We travel a lot and my husband and I both commented we've never experienced someone so helpful. Shannon at the restaurant and the female bartender were also great. The hotel has a small restaurant and bar and we were surprised by the quality of food. They also have a small market inside. It was a clean comfortable stay and we'd definitely return and recommend.

Front desk was rude coming in and when we were leaving. They don’t do early check in so we got off the ship at 8:30 am got to the hotel around 9am they also don’t do late check out our flight wasn’t til 8:20pm. We didn’t have to check out til 1230 so we went to do laundry around the corner my husband realized he left his AirPods in the room we went back to get them and check out went up to the room and AirPods were gone and the room was open. Somebody at the hotel took them and nobody was talking when confronted about them. The one good thing is the shuttle to the airport.

Not worth the price

Overcharged for my room literally and figuratively. Room had a musty smell, bathroom floor tile was visibly dirty, and shower had visible cracked/missing title and obvious construction damage. Room was missing coffee machine and disappointed rate did not include breakfast.

Super friendly staff and super clean rooms! Only issue we had was during check in, they sent us up to a king room amd that wouldnt have worked with the size of our family. So we went back to the desk, and it was absolutely no issue for them to simply switch us to a double bed room. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy! The neighborhood is safer than we thought it would be as well. We walked all around the hotel till after 10pm wiht no worries at all!

My family stayed here the night before our flight out and would not stay again or recommend it
1. Room cleanliness is very poor. Toenails on the floor, cleaned some water off of the floor and the white towel turned brown, and the bathroom was just dirty looking.
2. Very noisy location. We were on the 3rd floor along Veterans Memorial and the street noise was horrible.
No where near as nice as the Doubletree we stayed at the night before in Biloxi
