This is a great hotel! One of the best La Quinta's that I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location of the hotel is great and convenient, the breakfast options are great, and the room was big and comfortable. The hotel does have two elevators, but the main one in the front was down. They have a second one in the back that worked just fine. There were no complications checking in and there were no problems with my room. I don't think I would stay anywhere else when visiting Houston!

Great experience

Had a great experience here.
The rooms are clean and the entire building is pleasant. The First Lady we met at the front desk during check in was really sweet and welcoming.
When checking out, the manager Wendy helped me with my bags down to the front and Alla was at the front desk, she was really nice. Overall, I’d say they have really great staff.
I’ll rate my stay 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in town.

Grest overnight stay with good breakfast, good staff!

Excellent, major upgrade, A young lady named Wendy was very courteous it was t, I , which you don't see that often. I was surprised since the last time I was there. Clean, surprisingly Quiet . Good night stay! Room was really nice no complaints .

There were ants, roaches. No hot water. The hotel is under renovations. Elevators nor ice machine didn’t work.
Customer service was good though.
