Great Place to stay.

We love this place. The rooms are clean and they actually have enough pillow on the beds to sleep comfortably. The location can’t be beat. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is it.
The aquarium is right next door. You can walk to everything. They are doing some updates like the pool and a deck off the office area that looks like fire places ( not sure ) but it’s definitely looking great.

Great stay - No complaints. Wonderful staff-very friendly.

We loved the location of the resort, everything was within walking distance, great food, entertainment, the beds were so comfortable. The water that ran between our rooms and the strip made it seem so peaceful. All staff was kind, caring and willing to help with any questions we had. The tram/trolly pick up was right by the lobby.

Great stay

The staff was so friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return to stay again. The patio was so pleasant to sit on and perfect for a mountain vacation. The breakfast was an added bonus, hot and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay.

Girls Weekend visiting Winefest

I would definitely recommend The Greystone Lodge for both convenience to walking downtown and excellent price compared to other hotels downtown. It is across from Trolley if you want to catch a ride to Pigeon Forge.. or walk across street to Annakesta. Hot Breakfast was excellent way to start day. We enjoyed girls weekend with 2 connecting rooms overlooking creek with balconies. Staff was excellent.. Parked car Friday.. never got back in until check out!!

Center of Gatlinburg Lodge. Great stay.

The check in was very easy and the ladies at the front desk are very nice. The 5 story portion of the Lodge is tucked away along the river which make the balcony and river view enjoyable. The room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. I would recommend requesting extra or specific pillows or bringing an extra pillow as the pillows are small and a bit thin. The location is PERFECT! Right in the middle of everything making walking Gatlinburg very easy.
