Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please contact the hotel directly if planning to bring a pet. Pets allowed based on availability, please call to confirm a pet friendly room is available. Smoking and pets are permitted only in designated rooms and areas. Most nonsmoking rooms are strictly smoke-free, allergy free and pet dander free. Smokers and pets are not allowed to enter and/or occupy these rooms. If a guest is a smoker and/or has a pet, this needs to be disclosed at the time of check-in. Non-disclosure or violation of this policy will result in a USD 200 penalty. In addition to incurring the penalty, guests will be moved to a smoking/pet friendly room, if available. If an appropriate room is not available, guests will must vacate the room without a refund. Smokers may request a nonsmoking, "smoker friendly" room. If a nonsmoking, smoker-friendly room is available, they will be accommodated in one, provided they do not smoke in the nonsmoking room.
