Everything was good except house keeping. Never in our 3 days did we get clean towels except when asked for. No one ever came into the room m, evident by the pile up of garbage in our room.

My family of five normally books two rooms when we travel, and Courtyard Marriott is often our choice because of the many great experiences we've had in the past.
However, on the day we checked in, the front desk staff was not hospitable and caused multiple issues with checking us in using our reservation through Hotels.com. She eventually assigned us rooms next to each other, but they did not align with our original reservation. Additionally, the rooms could not be connected, which is very inconvenient for families with children.
Apart from the housekeeping staff, the rest of the team was also very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst stay we have ever had.

I try to cancel my stay bec one of my family member is sick . Customer service from both hotel.com and courtyard hotel informed me that it’s non refundable and I can’t cancel it . I paid the full amount without using the facility no other possible alternative offered like reschedule at least .

Wonderful bed, quiet, convenient to restaurants and theme parks/dinner theatre. Check in was quick and we were given free parking for 1 night.

Great location for walking to attractions and public transportation; Bueno Park Metrolink not far.
Neighboring construction site in limbo status also a plus regarding noise and traffic issues.
