Very close to Disneyland after a long day. Really appreciated the lower price and no parking fees! It was clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

The thermostat was broken and the room was freezing. We got in at 11:30pm and when we realized at 2:00AM that the air conditioning seemed to be on instead of heat, we just tried to suffer through the night. The bedding was thin too! When I mentioned the issue to the front desk in the morning they asked if I had called the front desk because someone would have come and fixed it. I told her that people were sleeping and it never occurred to me to call for maintenance at that hour. She just said, well if you stay with us again, just know that you can call for assistance 14hours a day.

This place was disgusting! Next time I will spend the extra money and go elsewhere. I don’t mind stuff being old but I do mind when my room smells like mold. The guy at check in looked like he was ready to fall asleep and housecleaning threw stuff of mine away. Again I told mind old but the condition was disgusting! The fridge froze all my stuff even after I adjusted the temperature multiple times. They said they would give me a credit for throwing a personal belonging out and they never did, which I will be calling about. It’s cheap for a reason!! The only good thing about this place is the share a parking garage with the residence inn and it creates plenty of parking and the location.

First for the price paid I expected better quality. My room was much smaller than appeared in the picture. Upon entry the room had a sewer odor present that never dissipated and was only tolerable when we opened the balcony door. The front desk summoned maintenance who only changed the filter and that dis not eliminate the noticeable odor. The hotel was at capacity and I could not change rooms. Other than convenient location being Disneyland Park and the Convention center if offered Nothing else. I would not recommend staying here.

As always everything was great. I appreciated Alexa getting back to me about the rates quoted by Jesus for our extra night’s stay. All interactions with front desk staff, housekeeping and even my conversation with your reservations line were all positive experiences.
