Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this property is currently operating on a room only basis and a contactless check-in service is available. All payments must be made prior to arrival. Please be aware that due to the town center location, this property can occasionally suffer from noise from traffic or people outside. The ground-floor bar is also sometimes host to live music on a Saturday, a Bank Holiday Sunday and Fridays throughout December, on an evening until 00:00 midnight. Although every care is taken to avoid it, noise can travel to the rooms. Complimentary ear plugs are available upon request. Pay and Display parking across the road. Free Parking between 6PM and 8AM.
