Gary on the reception was amazing. He checked us in early helped us with transport for the things we had planned. Sorted the car parking out for the times we needed. He went above and beyond.

Spotless and a lovely hotel

This is by far one of the best budget hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely immaculate and spotless (and I am very pernickity!) The bathroom toiletries smelt amazing. The tv was good with the amount of channels you got and space of the room was spacious. The reception guests were very courteous and polite and the breakfast was absolutely brilliant and so varied for a 3 star hotel, giving you additions such as waffles and Nutella. A lot of budget hotels wouldn’t give the extra luxuries. Location wise it is right next to the underground station which couldn’t be better for access into central London.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and am definitely interested in trying the other Hilton hotels more higher up in the range.

Rude staff, poor service, not at all recommended

Being a regular business user I have to say that this hotel, mainly due rude staff, disappointing and grubby appearance & poor service, was not a good stay for this chain!
My advice would be to try elsewhere, maybe within their group, like the Hilton Kensington, that although has a lower rating in comparison site, provided excellent service and extremely good staff!

A lovely, big and comfortable room. It was great to have a mini fridge, so many places don't.
Would have been nice to have some biscuits and more lavazza coffee ((decaf), semi skimmed milk not just whole milk.
Breakfast was good, a nice selection and well replenished. Clean and tidy too. Plus the coffee was lovely, and I'm very fussy!

The checkin service was poor. Nobody at desk when arrived, although there was someone serving behind the bar. Another member of staff walked behind the desk but did not even acknowledge me. Eventually someone came out to check me in. There was very little customer service and although I hadn’t booked direct through Hilton Honors I didn’t get the opportunity to provide my membership details.
The room as a little tired and I had no view just a brick wall! Also the air conditioning was very noisy and I wasn’t able to turn it off/down so I got a very poor nights sleep.
Overall not up to usual Hilton standard.
