Amazing!!!!

The girl on the desk is lovely, she made sure we were comfortable in our stay. For what we paid it was definitely worth it. Cheap comfy and cheerful. I felt really safe especially with the staff around. The beds are comfy and it’s a clean venue. Definitely recommend!!!!

Fresh Hell

Fresh Hell! I did not even realise the hotels like this even existed anymore. Drug ridden, wet? Sticky, smelly. As a group looking for a bed for the evening, we certainly did not expect The Ritz but what the actual! Owners contacted and were clearly on a night out in the phone. “Cleaner””sent to check whether our complaint was valid. She disagreed?

Good rooms excellent price

I travelled for a competition at the Wintergardens so location was excellent for walking distance 4-5 mins
The hotel does not serve breakfast which suited my needs perfectly as I had to check out early
The staff are very pleasant and with a simple text you can find help or questions answered
If you want a good standard room in an excellent location this is the hotel for you as I really think it’s beyond excellent in value
You have to reserve a parking space as they are limited but I used the council park 2 mins away so no big deal

Excellent hotel

Loved this hotel couldn't fault it .from the easy check in ,to the location and condition of the room it was perfect for me the bedding was clean and fresh place was spotless free wifi and easy to connect tea and coffee in the room was a bonus will definitely be staying here again real value for the money

Awful! Don't bother.

A good location close to the amusements and close to the town but a terribly maintained hotel. The room was dirty and cold the water would not run hot, the carpets were dirty, the heating worked but did not heat the room at all. It was cheap to stay there per night but for good reason. I would not stay here again. It's only a place to get your head down if you don't mind going without all modcons and comfort.
