Please inform Crowne Plaza Yas Island by IHG of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Valid proof of identification (Passport, GCC issued national identity card or UAE identity card) is required upon check in. Please note that Yas WaterWorld’s Ladies Exclusive Event is every Friday from 1pm to 10pm, with admission restricted to female guests and staff only; boys aged 8 and under may attend, accompanied by valid government identification. For all flexible and semi-flexible bookings that do not require an advance deposit, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card validation and pre-authorization of the value of the first night’s stay. Validation is required to be made 14 days prior to arrival date. In the event of cancelations or no show, the card will be charged based on the cancelation policy mentioned in your booking. For the pet friendly there is charges 70 Dirhams on daily basis and 350 Dirhams upon check out.

A municipal room fee will be charged per room per night during the stay. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel.
