Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Anantara Layan Phuket Resort of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Anantara Hotels & Resorts will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property offers a chargeable transfer from/to Phuket International Airport. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Room rates on 31 December 2023 not include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately. SPECIAL GALA EVENTS Please note, there is a compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December for all resort guests booked over this date. Price at THB 32,956 per adult, children from 4-12 years old will be charged at THB 16,478 per child. Price is inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

It is prohibited to bring durian to the hotel.
