Was pleasantly surprised of the room quality and cleanliness. For that i marked all with 5 stars. Although one minor point not related to the room but more to the swimming pool area. Once you get wet feet the walk area is super slippery. Its dangerous when walking barefoot. So at all times use slippers to walk. I fell with my son on the ground due to this. Luckily no serious injuries.

WARNING! Do not book this hotel.

My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe Suite, 1 Bedroom, Bathtub, with City View,
from January 6 to January 11, 2025.
At a price of 6,235.85 THB (1,247.17 THB/Night)
We were assigned room 6035 on the 6th floor.
The room has a very limited city view.
In a kitchen cupboard we found a plate of old dried-up fast food.
The room supplies were very limited with very small amounts of sugar, coffee, tea, mini shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom,
so, we had to buy what we needed at a supermarket.
In the bathroom we were given 2 large and very worn towels each day, but no small towels.
And there were no tea towels in the kitchen.
In the living room there are quite a few reddish stains on the wall that look like food splatters.
There is also a hole in the wall.
In the bathroom there is a lot of black molds, the silver coating on the mirror is corroded and the towel rack is broken.
Room 6035 definitely does not look like a 4-star Deluxe Suite.
The hotel is very worn and lacks maintenance.
Better cleaning is not enough.
This indicates indifference from the management.
If I had to be very kind, I would give the hotel 2 stars.

A comfortable apartment with what would be a great view if you could see through the smoke. Bed is not comfirtable and the shower is not set up well. It created a huge water mess on the floor because it hits the far wall instead of the bathtub.

We were literally using this spot for a quick place to shower and rest before getting on an international flight. If we were using it for anything beyond that, we would probably have been pretty disappointed. The room and accommodations are very small and not very aesthetically pleasing. It was also quite difficult to communicate and get our key for the room.

Had most of the things you need in an apartment. Everything worked - AC/ hot water/ microwave.
Didn't like the lack of convenient dining options in the neighborhood.
