Teenagers and children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the sauna and fitness facilities to protect their healthy development and safety. For more information on usage regulations, please refer to the official website of Windsor Hotel Taichung. The men's and women's baths are closed all day on the first Monday of each month for maintenance. All other Mondays except the first Monday of each month are closed from 6:00 am to 12:00 noon for cleaning and maintenance. If there are any changes, please contact the club. The latest announcement shall prevail. Monthly Facility Maintenance: All hotel facilities, including the fitness center, multi-function fitness studios, indoor heated swimming pool, and massage services, will be closed for maintenance on the first Monday of each month. Please refer to the latest notice at the club for any changes.
Starting from 2025, due to environmental protection policies, all hotels will no longer provide disposable items.
