I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scandic Infra City, and I can really recommend this hotel! A fresh atmosphere met me. The room was spacious, welcoming and comfortable, with a comfortable bed that gave me a really good night's sleep.
Another plus for the hotel location. It is easy to get there from both Stockholm and Arlanda, and the area is perfect for both business trips and leisure visits.
I really look forward to returning to Scandic Infra City next time I'm in the area!

Terrible service. Very unfriendly
Terrible service. Very unfriendly staff. We were treated poorly by the staff who treated us as second class to the conference guests.

It was a wow-visit
The service was excellent but the room itself was doable. Warm bathroom floor.
The picture frame was broken and the bed sounded like it had been through a lot.
But that's okey, that is kind of the point in a hotel bed.
The pool isn't much for the eye but for the price you can't expect wonders, I mean the lounge/bar area is spectacular so that and the service is kind of what I paid for.

Old and new
Wonderful entrance and nice staff at reception! The breakfast buffet was very nice and tasty! Lots to choose from! Big and airy!
The first night I got a room on the seventh floor. Perfectly ok room but could use a refresher. In the middle of the night it started to sound a lot from the ventilation, it was not possible to sleep. Around 5-6 it stopped making noise again.
I had to switch to a room on the fourth floor. There was pressure in the shower very bad, could barely rinse out the hair. However, I think there were many of us who would shower that time before dinner. Then there was also a blockage in the sink.
Overall very satisfied with the stay. But since I couldn't sleep it wasn't as nice as I had hoped.

Not totally happy
Room and reception and service personal were good. Restaurant and kitchen, NOT! First of all, really slow, 45 minutes from ordering to receive the food. And not particularly many guests. 60% maybe. The vegan options are pretty much none, really poor!
