This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that breakfast is served as a Cafe' breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice. For reservations up to 28 nights, UNITY do not requires a deposit to be paid. For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 SEK is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 SEK is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 7 nights between reservations.
