You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 24.00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. From 24.00 until 02.00 carries a EUR 35 surcharge Due to the drought, the Malaga City Council has decreed the closure of private pools in Malaga for the remainder of 2024, so they will remain closed from 09/30/24 until the end of the year. Likewise, if the situation does not improve, the pool will not be able to be used in 2025 until the City Council estimates that the state of drought has ended. As soon as we receive news from the City Council we will update the dates of possible use in 2025 in case the facilities can open.
