Please inform Soho Boutique Opera of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 3 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. A guarantee deposit will be requested to be paid at the confirmation of the reservation. When traveling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. Please note that this does not include any additional supplements. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets. We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property. Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
