The photos don’t do the apartment justice. Great stay.
It is necessary to do the online checkin before arrival, to get access codes. There is no reception. Once got email, everything fine.

Pillow with blood stains

Be careful. Dismal hygiene, I don't recommend it.
When I had already put everything away, I found myself on the bed the bloodstained pillow.
Imagine that you can expect accommodation that leaves such a pillow to guests.
I share it with you so you don't have the bad luck I've had.

Whether was 36C and no air conditioner in the room. Roasting and unable to sleep. Was like trying to sleep in sauna. However, nice location, close to Centro and 1 min walk to Bilbao metro station. Supermarkets, banks and restaurants on same street or street parallel.

Absolute outrage

Unfortunate Maria's attention, disrespect, unpleasant, and a long et cetera, not recommended, we will never return. Nothing recommended, all meaningless, and a high-handedness and lack of extreme education, one of the worst places we've ever gone
