Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys. Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside working hours from 15:00h to 20:00h will have and extra cost of 20 EUR to be paid in cash to the person who gives the assistance. Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodation and fines from 99€. -Losing the key has a penalty of 49€. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.
