The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel.
The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!

Never to repeat

Dire experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Room rickety, noisy and heated spoiled. 0 solutions by the hotel. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Room 123, transformers attached to the wall, 60db at 2am (legal is 30 max) we ask for a change of room and are not available. Turns out the heating is broken and the only solution they give us is a blanket. Feeling like a scam. Not by any means return to this hotel, they have only shrugged off the problems.

Good choice to see the Puy du Fou or Toledo

The stay was perfect. We were visiting the Puy du Fou and chose it for its proximity. We chose the junior suite as we were married and eldest son. They are perfectly separated the 2 rooms with a door to sleep without bothering.
Very good hotel facilities, cleaning, breakfast, etc.
To highlight the attention given by Mary in reception, with an unbeatable kindness and disposition.
He gave us all kinds of directions, both to eat the day we arrived, and to visit Toledo the next day.
Fully recommended!!

Nice.

Perfect location and very friendly treatment. Full buffet breakfast and good, rooms fine. The pool with all services We went to Puy du Fou and it is 10 minutes with very comfortable access
If I had to go to Toledo, I would stay there again

Surprise

Although the hotel has very neglected areas, I recommend it for the proximity to Toledo, to Puy du fou, for the treatment of the staff, both reception and breakfast service.
It has a correct pool area, with hammocks, lifeguard and towel service.
The room (double) with the necessary and with correct measurements, although it is true that they could be noticed in some details, we had no grilles in the air conditioning and the curtains were dirty.
Breakfast, they would like hotels in their category and with much higher prices reach the quality of this hotel, bottled water, brick milk, quality coffee machines like juices, variety of sweets, fruit,..., in short, very well.
Without a doubt, I believe that if we return to the area, it will be our first choice.
