Excellent room
The room made me Upgrade, very good service and excellent location, walking distance to Victoria beach, close to very good restaurants and square with parking with very good prices. I recommend it 100% for both its treatment and its excellent food list

تجربة خدمة نظيفة ولكنها سيئة.
كما أن الفندق يتمتع بموقع جيد. وإذا كنت ستدفع الثمن، فيمكنك الحصول على غرفة مطلة على البحر. استأجرنا شقة كانت فسيحة ونظيفة. ومع ذلك، هذا المكان ليس قيما فئة 4 نجوم. الشقة غير مجهزة بشكل جيد للغاية. الأثاث ضعيف. ولا شك أن الخدمة جديرة بالتحسين. لقد طلبنا عدة مرات الحصول على أشياء أساسية مثل منشفة طبق، وهو ما سيكون مفيدًا في حالة عدم توفر غسالة أطباق. أو للحصول على منشفة إضافية للحمام. في كل مرة يتم إخبارنا بأنه ليس هناك أي مشكلة، ولكن لم يتم توصيلها مطلقًا. ولم يُخبرنا أحد عن سبب عدم إمكانية القيام بذلك. ومن جهة أخرى، كان يتعين علينا الدفع بكل شيء مسبقًا، وعند السؤال عما إذا كان لا يمكننا الدفع عند تسجيل المغادرة، فقد تم إخبارنا بأنه أمر مطلوب من الإدارة. المكان جيد، ولكن التجربة مخيبة للآمال حقًا.

بحاجة إلى بعض TLC مقابل السعر الذي يشحنونه
فندق صغير باهظ الثمن بالقرب من الشاطئ ، كانت غرفة الزاوية ساخنة للغاية مع عزلة سيئة ، حتى في الطابق الرابع يمكنك سماع كل شيء يحدث في الشارع أدناه. خيارات الإفطار كانت متوسطة وآلة القهوة بطيئة. كان فريق العمل مهذب. كانت الغرفة قليلة الأثاث بعدد قليل من الكراسي البلاستيكية.

I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool.
I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar .
Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine,
Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼

Correct with limitations
Very clean room.
Pillows must be replaced urgently, it is impossible to sleep with those pillows.
This added to the noise made by the doors of neighbouring rooms makes the quality of sleep and rest very low.

Nos complace mucho saber que encontró su habitación muy limpia, lo cual es un reflejo de nuestro compromiso por ofrecer instalaciones aseadas y confortables para nuestros huéspedes.
Sin embargo, lamentamos que las almohadas no hayan sido de su agrado y que el ruido de las puertas haya impactado la calidad de su descanso. Apreciamos sus comentarios y tomaremos en cuenta su retroalimentación para evaluar mejoras en estos aspectos. Entendemos la importancia de un sueño reparador y nos disculpamos por las molestias que haya podido experimentar. Le rogamos en otra ocasión, nos contacte para, en la medida de nuestras posibilidades, poderle ofrecer una alternativa y por supuesto, un cambio de almohadas, si no son de su gusto.
