It has been a pleasure on the part of the entire team and especially Federica and Mara,
to be able to fulfill all your wishes, especially to please your mother with something
as simple as being able to enjoy the views of the sea from your apartment terrace.

We are very disapointed with your review.
all disabled people are welcome at the Flamingo hotel and our staff is very friendly and helpful.
Normally, scooters have a parking space to charge but when someone is disabled, we have a corner, near the entrance of the hotel to facilitate access for the disabled person. What you can't do is leave the scooter blocking the way in the middle of the entrance door, which is what the bellboy indicated.
You should not put any kind of review just because they indicate a little civility with others.

تم إخبارني أنا وزوجي بأننا فزنا في عطلة لمدة أسبوع على بطاقة الخصم، ولكن تخمين ماذا... لا توجد أماكن متوفرة.
إنني أتطلع إلى العودة إلى تينيريفي في فصل الصيف، وسأقوم بزيارة فيل لمعرفة ما يقوله بنفسه وجهًا لوجه.

الإدارة سيئة للغاية. أسعار 4 نجوم وخدمة فئة واحدة.
مخاوف النظافة النظيفة: وفي الليل الأول، وجدنا قطنًا كبيرًا في غرفتنا، وفي وجبة الإفطار، لاحظنا قطنًا داخل ماكينة القهوة. وهذا يثير أسئلة خطيرة حول النظافة والنظافة. لم نتناول القهوة مرة أخرى في وجبة الإفطار.
نقص في المستلزمات: لم يتم توفير مياه شرب في الغرفة على الرغم من الطلبات.
كما أن الكتيب الترحيبي يحذر من شرب مياه النفايات، غير أن الفندق لم يقدم مياهًا معبأة. وقد افتقرت الغرفة إلى وسائل الراحة الأساسية مثل القهوة والشاي والسكر والملح.
المناشف الشاطئية: وكانت المناشف المقدمة في حالة سيئة، مع حفرة داخلها وغير متاحة في معظم الأيام. كان يتعيّن علينا اصطحاب منشفات الاستحمام.
سرير غير نظيف: وكانت بعض الوسائد قاسمة، وجميعها لم تكن تحتوي على عبوات، مما جعلها تنزلق باستمرار، مما جعلها تبدو غير صحية.
الإعلانات الخاطئة: كانت حمامات السباحة الساخنة سببًا رئيسيًا لحجز هذا الفندق، ولكن لم يتم تسخين أي من حمامات السباحة، وهو ما كان يخيب ظنك كثيرًا.
مشكلات الخدمة: وقد تم إدارة الإفطار بشكل سيء. لم تكن البيض المقلي متاحة لأكثر من 30 دقيقة، وبعد ذلك كانت صفوف الانتظار طويلة، وكانت الجودة الإجمالية رخيصة للغاية (باستثناء الفواكه الجيدة). لقد توقفنا عن الذهاب لتناول الإفطار بعد بضعة أيام.
مشكلات التلفزيون والإنترنت: استمر التلفاز بتشغيلها وشحنها مع استقبال سيئ، ولا يعمل الإنترنت على الإطلاق. كان يتعين علينا الاعتماد على مشاركة بيانات بقيمة 5 جيم حتى يتسنى للعائلة الاتصال.
وعلى الرغم من أننا نقدر حصولنا على إمكانية تسجيل مغادرة متأخر، فإن الخدمة الإجمالية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل لم تفي بالتوقعات كثيرًا. لقد أقمنا في العديد من الفنادق بهذا النطاق من الأسعار، ولم يسبق لنا الاستمتاع بتجربة سيئة مثل هذه.
ونأمل بشدة أن تأخذ الإدارة هذه المخاوف على محمل الجد، حيث لم تعكس هذه الإقامة معايير الفندق فئة أربعة نجوم.

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.As you know, our reception is open 24 hours to help ypu.
Cockroaches are native to the Canary Islands. All hotels without exception, we have contracted a company that fumigates and keeps pests at bay. If a cockroach enters your room, it is not a lack of hygiene.
It is our obligation to inform our guests that tap water cannot be drunk. Our resort provides all of these amenities you describe in the Premium Apartments.
We find it incredible that you did not enjoy our new, blue towels that were purchased in October. This may have been a one-off but the towels are new and if there are not enough, white ones are provided.
The bedding is washed by an outside company and our Hauskeeper is very strict with this matter.
Since November 1st the pool temperature is 30 degrees. If it drops to 27 degrees it is due to daily evaporation. We strictly adhere to government guidelines on hotel pool temperatures. We also have a diary posted at the pool with temperatures measured 3 times a day.
Breakfast has a show cooking part with a cook and a griddle. We have rush hour and while the fried egg is made on the spot, you have to wait in line no longer that 3 minutes. We have measured it.
Wifi we are in a continuous struggle to give the best service and the TV is now fixed.
As you can see in other comments, our job is reflected in the feed-back of other guests.
It is a shame that you had such a bad experience with so many points.that we could have resolved.
