wonderful

Spacious rooms, a place where you can relax, clean, very pleasant atmosphere, rooms with excellent condition, an exceptional stay, I will definitely return, but certainly not in the same band , very friendly staff

BEDBUGS!

BEDBUGS! I was bitten and found bedbugs in the bed.
Definitely not a 3-4 star hotel. Not even close to a hotel.
Very old and dirty, nasty. Mold in the refrigerator. Everything is not working properly: TV, internet, everything is leaking in the bathroom. Cleaning is done very poorly.
Most awful of all - the attitude of the staff and the owner. They completely don’t care about your problems. 3 days in a row told reception internet not working, “we will fix”, and never did.
Asked to talk to a manager to discuss the bedbugs issue, but he is never on site (or hiding), and never got back to us to talk.
Oh yeah, you want a taxi? “Get one yourself”, that is the reception’s answer.

Perfect place

This was a Short business trip. I stayed there 1 night and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and polite. The room was large and very clean. It had also a nice view from the mirror.

Loved the room but not the restaurant

As others have said the rooms are large and well furnished. We were looking to have dinner but there was a large meeting going on so the kitchen was catering the meeting and only had a few items for dining guests. Service was very slow also because of the focus on the meeting attendees.

Great Hotel

I've stayed here for one night and everything was really awesome.The food was really tasty and the employees were very friendly. The room war very clean and looking great. I'll definetily come back when i'll have the oportunity.
