Not good value for money
And that's when the positives end.
The room decor is like a slightly better Ibis or Holiday Inn because it has Rituals toiletries.
Sadly for £110 / night in Bucharest I expect more. Not good value for money.
Checked in two different rooms and both had sinks that were clogged. Shower stinks of drainage.
I was offered a free drink for the inconvenience.
Staff is hit & miss. The slightly overweight guy was very grumpy when we checked in. But Larissa was very helpful and smiley.
I was asked to pay €12/ night extra for a friend to stay with me despite me booking a double room. When I questioned the charge, I was told it's to cover extra electricity & water. RIDICULOUS! I did not have to pay extra at other hotels in Bucharest when I had the same situation.
I will NOT stay here again.

Yet again another stay at our favourite hotel !
The staff members are always polite and looking to help. This time we needed a last minute restaurant reservation as we were having dinner with our last friends and our children, even though they where fully booked, Catalin Stoian managed to find us an table and Julia from reception hid the presents until after dinner.
Thank you everyone for yet again an amazing stay!
