Clean, cozy, delicious, polite

Were on a project trip for seven days in January. The hotel itself has fewer stars, as it shares a building with the Froiz supermarket. Occupied a cozy, clean, double room on the second floor, of course cramped in size. The room has TV, towels, two paper glasses, shower gel, hairdryer, air conditioning. Really liked the staff at the reception, cleaning, breakfast - always polite, competent. I'd like to mention from Carlos's reception - helped with the selection of delicious local cheese. At breakfast, all food is always fresh, there is a punkcake machine, juicer, young cheese, fresh pastries, fruit, two kinds of eggs for breakfast, etc.

Well connected and top of mall

We arrived at night at the hotel and at check-in they said that we would have to pay for the breakfast of the child separately, when the reservation was for two adults and one child in AD. Even after claiming by two means we do not receive refund.
Referrer to the hotel above a shopping center with direct elevator to a hotel corridor. Spacious parking at the door and metro stop next door
Breakfast without excesses but quality, I expected less but we were pleasantly surprised.
Normal rooms with improved cleanliness.

I recommend

Hotel with ibis standard, well located for those who have appointments near the universities. It has restaurants, market and metro very nearby.
It was one of the best beds and pillows I've ever used, dark room and quiet place.
The breakfast meets my needs, but it was never ready at 6:30 and after 7:30 there were already missing items.

Hotel exceeding expectations again.

The hotel provides a service according to the hotel standard. The rooms are standard Ibis, with impeccable service. Upon arrival, I had a problem paying with my Accor points, but the attendant promptly released my room and allowed me to make the payment later. I needed some sheets of paper for an activity that I was going to develop, and I was immediately taken care of. Breakfast is appropriate and compatible with the hotel, including pizza pastels. The fact of having an exit directly in the Shopping facilitates many things, as well as has easy access to the metro.
